Lace 'em up, Blues fans — Summer Camp is HERE!

The ultimate St. Louis Blues Summer Hockey Experience hits the ice July 28–31 at the Centene Community Ice Center! This 4-day, half-day camp is perfect for players age 5 & up, no matter your skill level.

• 5 hours of elite on-ice skills training: skating, stickhandling, shooting & more

• 1 hour daily off-ice fun: Bauer Skills Room, inflatables, Blues locker room tour

• Plus… a surprise visit from a Blues Celebrity Guest!!

PLEASE READ BEOFRE SIGNING

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way on or around the Ice Rink at Centene Community Ice Center, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:

1) The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant and, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,

2) There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present.

3) I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, including the risk of exposure to COVID-19, arising out of my participation in this activity, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,

4) I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terns and conditions for participation in the activity, as well as all federal, state, local, and facility rules, including but not limited to, those implemented to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such hazard to the attention of the nearest official immediately.

5) I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Global Spectrum, St Louis Legacy Ice Foundation, the City of Maryland Heights, and their affiliates, officers, officials, agents and / or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors or premises used to conduct the event (“Releasees”). WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABLILITY ABD ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT INDUCEMENT. THIS WAIVER SHALL BE EFFECTIVE FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR UNLESS REVOKED IN WRITING.
